Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH). I have ten years international work experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing and Consulting.

Since 2003 I have been a self-employed sales trainer and coach (certifiied Chamber of Industry and Commerce Düsseldorf). Furthermore, I am a lecturer at EBZ - European Training Center for Real Estate and Housing Management as well as EBZ Business School (University) in Bochum.

My main focus lies in international negotiations, sales training and coaching as well as intercultural competence.

I am English and bilingual (English and German). I successfully completed the European Business programme at the Fachhochschule Münster and the University of Humberside in Hull, England and majored in Sales & Marketing.
